Please make a point of reading our detailed product information and instructions for use, cleaning and care. We would like your furniture to give you much pleasure for a long time. We cannot give any guarantee/warranty for damages arising from incorrect use and/or application of wrong care products. This also holds true to subsequently equipping leather and fabrics with stain protection finishing from third parties. This applies to the private living area.

LCK is offering specially developed Longlife Xtra care sets for the Longlife Xtra leathers. Using the Longlife Xtra products will ensure that the leather furniture is cleaned, cared for and protected in the best possible way. At the same time, LCK also gives a 5-year service warranty. To get your 5-year service warranty on your leather upholstery, please register within 45 days of receiving your brand-new leather upholstery at www.longlifextra.de (here you will also find the detailed warranty terms) and order simultaneously your first warranty set Longlife Xtra Intensiv-Pflegeset to activate your service warranty. The warranty will be invalidated if other care materials are used.

Upholstered furniture is often purchased for reasons of appearance. Along with the design, seating comfort and modern comfort functions are important decision factors. Regardless of material, construction and manufacturing, there are important product characteristics to take into consideration because later changes due to normal, natural usage do not represent a material defect.
Unfortunately there are again and again misunderstandings with regards to the measurements. In order to avoid insecurities or possible trouble, please note the following:
All specified dimensions are approximate in width/depth/height/seat height. These are single measurements per element, this means that the whole combinations shows the real measurement. We would like to point out that deviations of +/- 2 cm may occur because of the foam used and its upholstering. In addition, the whole combination must be measured, not only the single type/element. Please contact us if you would like to get more detailed information. We reserve the right to make technical changes.
